Guided Wellness Through QHHT and Sound Bowl Therapy
Modalities
Although I am a certified QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) practitioner, I have other skills to help you get where you need to be to improve your situation.
I am a Life Coach, a Usui Reiki therapist, Angel message reader and have a social work and counseling background. In addition to guided meditations, I also do Sound Bath healings, with the use of various singing bowls, drums, bells and chimes! The use of certain vibrations of sound waves enter your brain and create calm, which helps make new pathways to alleviate stress and anxiety.
QHHT
This specific from of hypnosis was developed by Dolores Cannon. Although she has passed on, her Academy is still very much alive and her daughter, Julia Cannon is the main contact. This form of therapy is intensive and personal. Similar to a guided meditation, it is a safe and secure trip into your subconscious. Your Higher Self (HS) holds all the information about you and everything you have ever done. You have existed since the beginning of time and every life you have ever lived is within you. We visit several of these existences to look for health patterns, lifestyle similarities and causes of distress in your current life. Your HS can talk to us. You will have a recorded session and be able to listen later after our work. When we discuss this form of therapy, I ask you to do some homework first and make a list of any questions you may have about phobias, fears, birthmarks, health issues or any “deja vu” experiences you have had.

Most of the healing and answers you seek are within you. My job is to point out what route to take to get there. I am a catalyst for your expanded knowledge and the ensuing development and expansion of your natural abilities. You are a powerful entity and you matter!
Reiki and other Energy Work
I hold a Level 3 Usui Reiki Master certificate. After I completed the coursework and testing, I practiced for several years and began receiving intuitive messages while working with my clients. I now practice this on every client and work while divinely guided. I have shortened the amount of time required to achieve optimal results and often can treat you remotely. We can achieve energy shifting very quickly using loving intention. Energy surrounding your body and within your body can be adjusted and reset with simple motions and direction. I use dowsing and can teach you muscle testing for you to use along with your own inner guidance. We can discuss this in session.
Native American Talking Circle
Practice active listening in a safe and controlled environment whereby participants can speak freely in small groups. Members follow traditional Native American guidelines by sitting in a circle of chairs, spaced so a talking stick can be passed easily from one to another. Groups sizes range from 3-25.
Card Readings
Angel realm guidance through the use of Traditional Tarot, or Angel Oracle Cards. See what the angels and guides say about your situation or get clarity in decision making. I use several decks, which you may choose from or let my intuition select for you!
Half hour sessions can usually give you all the information you are seeking. Over the phone or in person, or my email. Ask 3 questions for detailed written summary for $30.00.

It all begins with a contact. We can talk over the phone or meet for a free 20 minute consultation. After that, most of my services are billed at $ 50.00 per hour. Card readings are $25 for a 20 minute reading with a written summary. You can request over the phone or in person. We can determine which type of deck I use or you may select in person.
QHHT Hypnosis is $ 150.00 and typically takes 3 hours. Smoking Cessation is usually one visit $150.00
There are many healers in our area. I offer services unique to my practice. The consultation is to determine our compatibility and your comfort. If I cannot help you, I can refer you to another healer or help you find the right one for you and your needs.
